Originally introduced to Yoga to treat back pain and improve mobility, it has now become far more than just a physical practice, and rather a lifestyle, as the benefits continue to reward every aspect of life and living.
Levon teaches (however is not limited to) a traditional Hatha style of Yoga focusing on mobility and structural alignment with guidance towards a meditative and mindful practice which can be embodied and integrated off the mat into everyday living.

Recently I tried Levon's Hatha flow. I was having a bit of upper back pain/tightness and the movements and poses we went through felt very tailored to me because I left class feeling 10 times better. I didn't feel as winded as I do in the Vinyasa flow class but I definitely was sweaty and felt like my muscles got an amazing workout and stretch. I felt very relaxed at the end of class, his smooth voice and lovely Australian accent definitely doesn't hurt the relaxation aspect of the class.
